Adhesive Application Cell
We developed a robotic cell for the application of Foam Melt sealing on the interior of doors, optimizing the production process.
The project covered all key stages: study, design, engineering, construction, assembly, Buy Off at AFG, onsite installation, commissioning, and technical support.
The cell features a model identification system that automatically detects the type of door, and using two robotic arms, applies the sealing material precisely, ensuring efficiency, quality, and repeatability in the process.

Rubber Palletizing Cell
We designed and implemented two robotic cells for packaging rubber bales in three different containers, replacing the old manual palletizing with operators, aiming to increase productivity, eliminate line stoppages, and solve ergonomic issues for operators.
We used Fanuc robots, roller conveyors, belt conveyors, and safety barriers to protect the logistics operators moving the pallets with bales.

Automatic Wagon Opening System
We designed, manufactured, and installed an automated carriage-type system for the efficient opening of wagons.
It features an integrated vision system to accurately identify the three valves on each wagon. Then, using a telescopic pneumatic arm, it automatically opens the valves, improving safety and optimizing operational times.
Our solution ensures greater precision, efficiency, and reduces manual intervention, optimizing the logistical process at the plant.

Shell Molding Cell
We developed and implemented a robotic cell for Essen, optimizing the manufacture of frying pans through the shell molding process.
The cell includes a robot that retrieves molten aluminum from a melting furnace and transports it to a device containing the frying pan mold. The device performs a controlled tilting motion to receive the molten aluminum, then returns to its initial position, allowing the material to evenly cover 100% of the mold’s surface. During the cooling time of the first mold, the device rotates and allows the loading of a new batch of molten aluminum for the next frying pan.
This efficient design enables a continuous production flow, facilitating cooling times, demolding, and manual extraction of the finished pieces.

Can Palletizing Cell
We developed an automated palletizing cell to optimize the pallet assembly process at INALPA’s plant.
The project included design, construction, tryout at AFG’s plant (Rosario), assembly, commissioning, and the activation of two pallet assembly lines, where packs of cans from the Edos bagging machine are processed.
The packs, whether bagged or boxed, are transported along both lines and organized into two layer configurations. A robot equipped with a specialized gripper picks up each complete layer and places it on the pallet. Once the required number of layers is reached, the pallet is stretch-wrapped and dispatched, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in the logistics process.
